Ruben and Hector will cook a Heritage Duroc Hog from Pig Farmer Marvin C. Ross (Peculiar Pig Farm, Charleston, SC). Come try delicious samples and enjoy signature cocktails while dancing to live music courtesy of Max Banda and DJ Ray Suave from 2 pm to 7 pm, followed by Latin Mix from 7 pm to 11 pm.
